Last Saturday, we went on a creative journey at the Dutch Design Week. Together with a bunch of people from our network we immersed ourselves in the theme of this year’s edition: “Picture This.”

Picture This – not just a phrase, but a call to action. What if we persist in our current way of life? What kind of world will we find ourselves in 20, 50, or 100 years? It’s a call for designers to introduce alternative perspectives and harness the power of visualization.

Our day began at Vascobelo, from which we went on a ‘Discovery Tour’ hosted by the DDW. We explored thought-provoking design installations and had the privilege of meeting leading designers who showcased their latest work at remarkable locations in the city center. After the tour, we gathered for a joint lunch at the Kazerne, an inspiring environment right in the heart of design city Eindhoven.
